What is eConsult?
eConsult allows you to quickly and safely get help and advice from your own doctors and GP surgery.
eConsult is a form-based online consultation. It will ask you a series of questions collecting your medical or administrative request and sends it through to us to decide on the right care for you.
How eConsult works
Step 1
Feel unwell, or have a request for us? There are 2 ways to start an eConsult: download the NHS App from your App store or visit the webpage.
Step 2
Choose the relevant section for your need or request.
Step 3
Fill out the information requested and submit your eConsult. Questions may change depending on what you input.
Step 4
We review every eConsult we receive and will decide on the next best step to help you. This means you may not need to visit the practice for an appointment.
What is eConsult and how does it work?
eConsult is available from 8.00am until 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
There will be no facility to complete an online consultation outside of these times.
The eConsult facility is still available as a self-help guide and will point you to other suitable services for help if required.
