Living with a lung condition Posted or Updated on 29 Nov 2024

People with lung conditions are much more likely to end up seriously ill over winter as seasonal triggers like cold weather, colds, coughs, flu and damp and mould can make it harder to breathe.

In fact, for those of us with a lung condition we are twice as likely to go into A+E over the winter than we are at any point in the year.

If you have a lung condition get your free personalised guide to help protect your lungs from Asthma and Lung UK.
