PCN New Telephone Number Posted or Updated on 24 Jun 2024

We’ve listened to your feedback and from today our Primary Care Network (PCN) colleagues have a new telephone number which will display to you when they call you. 

When they are not using a phone at the surgery, they will call you from 01489 662500.

Please save this number to your phone so that you know it’s someone from your GP surgery calling.

If you miss a call from them, you can’t directly call back the person that called you. If you call 01489 662500 you will be directed back to your GP surgery.

Our primary care network is made up of Social Prescribers, Health and Wellbeing Coach, Mental Health Wellbeing Advisors, Mental Health Nurse, Home Visiting Team, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Physiotherapists and Care Coordinators.

Please be aware that we record all incoming and outgoing calls for training and monitoring purposes.
